Nipissing Amnesty International hosting letter writing campaign

25 September 2018

Interested in urging the protection of human rights around the globe?  Join the Nipissing University Amnesty International Action Circle’s first letter-writing session of the academic year, today, Wednesday September 26, from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. in A244.

Letters for Wednesday’s  gathering will focus on supporting two prisoners of conscience: human rights lawyer Wang Quanzhang in China and social activist Edwin Espinal in Honduras.

This is a come and go event—come for as little or long as you like.

Refreshments will be provided and good conversation will abound.
