Dr. Jeffrey Overall, assistant professor in the School of Business, has published an article in the Canadian Business Journal.
The article, titled High-speed rail: shrinking the rural/urban divide, discusses the lack of a high-speed rail system in Canada and the long-running debate surrounding it.  Dr. Overall also discusses the benefits of high-speed rail and outlines a potential solution.
